Boyne Mountain Snow Report – 01/01
Happy New Year! It has been a great year and 2011 should bring us even more fresh turns as cold temps and snow showers are expected to return this afternoon. There’s not a better way to bring in the New Year than to grab your gear and your friends and come enjoy the slopes. Choose from 36 trails, serviced by 10 lifts. With the drop in temperatures, we plan to put our BOYNE Low-E fan guns back to work this evening. Our tubing park is OPEN from 12pm until 8pm today and NASTAR racing begins Sunday, January 2 from 1 – 3pm.
Deer Run Rail Yard is open with three features; one 20′ flat rail, one 20′ flat box and a 12′ pipe jib. Boyneland Terrain Park is OPEN with five elements; two 20 ft. Flat Boxes, one 10 ft Flat Box, one 12 ft Flat Rail, and one 10 ft Snowmaking Pipe Slide. Superpipe and North Boyne Terrain Park are both open! North Boyne Terrain Park is open with three features; one 20 ft down rail, one 20 ft flat box and one 20 ft double barrel rail.
