XC Ski Headquarters Cross Country Ski Report – 04/05

Deep tracks in fresh snow, snowcomed skating lanes and sunshine. This is Pure Michigan X-C Skiing!

The trails groomed up beautifully yesterday! Deep set tracks and smooth effortless skating lanes made for great times on the snow. The temperature as of 5:45 this morning was 8F, hopefully that will freeze some of the wet areas on the trails so we groom more KM. There is 6 to 8 inches of snow in the woods and 3 to 4 inches packed on the trail. We currently have over 4 km of trail with ginzu groomed snowcombed skating lanes and Latui track roller deep set tracks. Conditions are great and more snow is on the way!
