Forbush Corner Cross Country Ski Report – 04/09
Todd’s report:
The skate lane firmed up nicely overnight. Coverage is still very good with just a couple of south facing slopes showing bare ground, but still 100% ski able. Classic tracks are also mostly intact with just a few burned through spots. Areas of direct sun exposure from yesterday will be somewhat icy this morning, but with no solid base there is just not enough snow to re-groom.
Should be great skiing again today.

Todd is going to ski the trails early and get out a ski report. He skied them late yesterday and reported a firm base with two small areas opening up, but you could still ski around them. I would expect today will be typical thaw/freeze conditions with a very firm base and maybe even some crust cruising opportunities. Highs today will only be around 26 degrees, with snow returning on Sunday, possibly up to 5 inches.
