XC Ski Headquarters Cross Country Ski Report – 02/18
Fischer Nordic Guru, Rick Halling, and two of Michigan’s great skiers, Tracy and John Gravlin! Rick brought his fleet of next year’s skis to HQ yesterday for us to try – we’re stoked about what’s in store for 2020!
What a weekend! Excellent conditions remain on all trails at XC Ski HQ. Groomer Butch will snow comb the skating lanes and set tracks where needed this morning. Snow depth in the woods is 24 to 27 inches, and packed on the trail about 13 to 15 inches. With mostly sunny skies forecasted for today, it will be another beautiful day to XC ski or snowshoe, so come on out and enjoy it!

Today: A few flurries possible early. Partly cloudy. High around 20F. Winds NNW at 5 to 10 mph.
Tonight: Some clouds this evening will give way to mainly clear skies overnight. Low -3F. Winds light and variable.
Tomorrow: Mostly sunny skies. High near 25F. Winds SW at 5 to 10 mph.
