Saturday’s looking like a good one — a few inches of new snow overnight topped off with more snowfall this morning means the mountain is building on itself heading into the weekend. All chairs are spinning today, so there’s no shortage of terrain to explore.

The Pink, Yellow and Purple Chairs, Magic Carpet, and Low Rider Tow Rope are all running 9a–9p, with the Red Chair operating 9a–4:15p and the Blue Chair spinning 9a–5p. Tubing is open 10a–10p for those looking to add a little extra fun to the day.

A heads up — some lane closures will be in effect on Good Knight as we host the Michigan Middle School State Ski Championship today. The face will also be set aside as training lanes for the District 2 MHSAA State Ski Championship taking place Monday. Lots of energy on the mountain with competition in the air — it’s a great day to be at Schuss.
