To help spread the health and wellness benefits of yoga, The Homestead is hosting free yoga classes in celebration of Yoga Day USA. In exchange for the free class, The Homestead will accept monetary donations to benefit ShareCare of Leelanau.
ShareCare is a Leelanau County based organization that promtoes the indepen…dence and well being of seniors by providing convenient access to services and programs that help them remain in their own homes – living as independently as possible, for as long as possible.
Classes are being offered Saturday, January 23rd at 9am, 11am and 3:30pm at New Leaf Fitness Center. Space is limited. Call 231.334.5160 to register.
