GROOMING UPDATE

Groomer Bob was out all morning setting dual, deep rolled tracks on Rolling Hills, Tall Pines, Wild Turkey, Mackinaw Cut, Trappers Cabin and Manitou. We will groom for skating after it cools down tonight. Trails are open! Ski your hearts out!!

The snow has returned! As of 7am this morning we have received upwards of 5 inches of dense snow. Groomers Stu and Bob will start rolling in molded tracks this morning and snowcombing the skating lanes as conditions permit. We should have very good classic skiing ready by 11am! More snow is forecast for today!

Ski Instructor Jim Bradley has recovered from back surgery and will be available for lessons this weekend! Just call 800 832 2663 to reserve your lesson time.

Today: Windy with a mixture of frozen precipitation. Thunder possible. Temps nearly steady around 30. Winds ENE at 20 to 30 mph. Chance of precip 100%. 1 to 3 inches of snow and ice expected.

Tonight: Snow this evening will give way to lingering snow showers late. Low 23F. Winds N at 15 to 25 mph. Chance of snow 90%. Snow accumulating 1 to 3 inches.

Friday: Intervals of clouds and sunshine. High 41F. Winds NW at 5 to 10 mph.

Friday night: Partly cloudy skies. Low 23F. Winds light and variable.

Saturday: Partly cloudy skies. High 48F. Winds S at 5 to 10 mph.

Today’s lunch special is Bob’s Favorite Tuna Panini: albacore tune, black olives, jalapenos, tomatoes, spinach and provolone on a wrap, 7 grain bread or ciabatta, grilled and served with chips and a pickle. Veggie chili and other paninis will also be on hand!
