Boyne Mountain Snow Report – 03/25

5pm Friday UPDATE: This system has now dropped 4.5″ of new snow on us in the past 24 hours! Stay tuned for more updates and keep up your snow dance!

How about a powder day? Winds with this storm have deposited great powder stashes all over the resort! We are open today with six lifts, servicing 180 skiable acres spread across 22 different trails. As of this update, the plan is to remain open daily through Sunday, April 3 before reassessing conditions to see if we can carry the season longer!

Coming up: Our annual Hemlock Open is set for the 2016 season! The event will be held on Saturday, April 2, and will consist of two runs on the North Boyne Slope, before heading back to the ‘Monupine’ for a nine-hole two-team scramble.  For those not ready to put the skis away quite yet but want to get the sticks out and swing, this is the event for you!

Park riders: Thanks to the hard work of our awesome Park Crew, the Ramshead terrain park is still firing! Session our rail and jib features or launch off of our kickers. We have Olympian Karly Shorr coming out to ride our parks Saturday and Sunday.

Off the slopes: Don’t forget about Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark. With 88,000 square feet of wet and wild fun for all ages, the park stays at a toasty 84 degrees year-round! The Boyne Mountain Adventure Center has so many different ways for you to experience our resort! Whether you ride on a Fat Tire Bike, Fly through the trees on a Zipline Adventure Tour, or explore on a Horseback trail ride, we have something for you!
