Hard not to smile with conditions like this!

Happy Easter! The snow yesterday morning provided some of the best spring skiing conditions on record. Because of the sun and the warm temps in the afternoon, we did lose a decent amount of coverage throughout the day. As of 6:45am the temperature is 30 degrees. We will Ginzu snow comb the skating lanes after the snow warms up a bit. Be cautious of bare spots on all the trails; we will focus on patching up the Rolling Hills trail first around 11:00am this morning. Our hours today are 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Forecast:

Today: Cloudy this morning. A few showers developing during the afternoon. High 53F. Winds SSE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 60%.

Tonight: Evening rain followed by a mix of rain and snow showers overnight. Low around 35F. Winds N at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precip 70%.

Tomorrow: Cloudy. High 42F. Winds NW at 10 to 20 mph.

Today’s lunch special is: Get your Fill at the Grill – Fire on the Mountain! Your choice of salmon burger, lean beef burger or black bean veggie burger will be grilled to perfection by by Chef Erin! If you dare, ask that your entree be served “fire on the mountain style” – grilled with sizzling hot sauce and topped with jalapenos, lettuce, tomato, onion and creamy buffalo blue cheese dressing! Classic chili and tuna or veggie paninis will also be available. It should be a nice day for lunch on the sun deck!
