We are happy to report that our 2km John Deere Trail has survived that 2-day thaw, and are even more happy that winter temperatures have returned for the foreseeable future. Yesterday, Tractor Bob fine-tuned his skills in using our carbide-tipped Pre-seeder to till and chop the icy-hardpack into a nice skiable surface. Because the trails had a re-freeze last night, Bob will be using the Pre-Seeder again this morning to do it all again and should be ready for skiing by 10:30am. With temps in the high 20’s today, we are delighted that we won’t be skiing in slush anymore!
