It was a fabulous day of skiing yesterday, and ski conditions on all the trails are very good to excellent. Now that we have groomed the fresh snow numerous times, the skate lanes are packed down and perfectly fast with no ice. Groomer Butch reset some of the tracks yesterday, and they are in excellent shape on all trails except Tall Pines, where they are a little thin. Tractor Mike will snow comb all the skating lanes this morning, and then patch up the few thinning spots on the skate lanes of Wild Turkey and Manitou trails later today. It’s another great day in Northern Michigan winter paradise!
