XC Ski Headquarters Cross Country Ski Report – 02/09
We received another half inch of snow last night, and it continues to snow this morning. We are forecast to get snow at least throughout the rest of the morning. The trails are in very good to excellent shape, and the snow we have received the past few nights is doing a great job of keeping the trails fresh. Classic tracks are firm and deep, and skating lanes are wide, firm and smooth. Groomer Mike will Ginzu snow comb all the trails this morning. A fantastic weekend of skiing is underway – overall great conditions prevail!
Forecast:
Today: Cloudy with snow showers mainly during the morning. High 21F. Winds light and variable. Chance of snow 60%. Snow accumulations less than one inch.
Tonight: Mainly cloudy. Low 7F. Winds light and variable.
Tomorrow: Cloudy skies early, then partly cloudy in the afternoon. High 22F. Winds light and variable.
