Boyne Mountain Snow Report – 11/26

Friday, November 25 – WE’RE OPENING TOMORROW! – Temperatures fell earlier last evening than expected and our snowmaking crew fired up our fleet of BOYNE Low-E fan guns about 10pm last night. Forecasters are calling for snowmaking friendly temps through the day today and the possibility of Mother Nature providing an additional 6-8 inches of lake effect snow through Saturday morning. We will be operating the Hemlock lift only from 9:00am-4:30pm Saturday and Sunday. Lift tickets will be $25 for all ages. We are committed to making snow at every opportunity and opening additional terrain as soon as possible.

When you come out tomorrow bring your camera and upload your favorite photo of the day to our Boyne Mountain Facebook fan page. The winning photo will earn you a sweet $50 BOYNE Gift Card and your photo a spot on our homepage this week!

We’ve added more Boyne Low-E fan guns to our snowmaking fleet.  The proprietary technology in the Low-E guns allow us to make greater quantities of quality snow, especially at marginal temperatures.  This is extremely beneficial in helping us get the early start we’re all dreaming of.  New this winter are ten more features in our terrain parks, plus old favorites like our monster 550-foot Superpipe, skier/boarder cross cross and mini pipe; new lines have been added to our Zipline Adventure including the new Twin Zip; and our cafeteria has gone green.
