Valley Spur Trail System Cross Country Ski Report – 04/28

Groomed skate lanes on the usual loops A,B,C,D,X,Y and W.

New classic tracks on A and B from yesterday are holding well.

Hoped to set more track today but still too cold. Probably tomorrow.

Valley Spur Trail System - Hiawatha National Forest

Each year the Friends of Valley Spur work very hard to bring you some of the best midwest skiing. The Friends of Valley Spur are a non profit group that has a Special Use Permit with the Forest Service to operate Valley Spur. The Friends provide all the equipment to groom, pay the groomer, provide volunteers to run the lodge, pay to have the parking lot plowed and so much more. We do this with trail passes and donations.
