Nub’s Nob Ski Area Snow Report – 12/29

Winter is back! Yesterdays rain turned to some snow and conditions on the slopes are good with sunshine and low wind forecasted.

The world-class Nub’s Grooming Crew spent extra time grinding the snow and overlapping passes to create the best snow surface possible today. Despite the warm weather yesterday the slopes are not icy. Skiers who know go to Nub’s Nob because of our ability to deal with difficult snow conditions like freeze and thaw cycles.

Pete Kehoe will perform in the Nub’s Pub from 3 to 6 pm today. NASTAR Racing from 12:30 to 2 pm. Night skiing tonight from 6 to 10 pm. We are the only local ski area to close the slopes from 4:30 to 6 pm to re-groom most of our night skiing terrain creating the best possible conditions.
