The trails are in overall great shape. Groomer Mike will snowcomb all the skating lanes with the Ginzu this morning at daybreak. Tracks are still in good shape as well. Conditions will be better in the morning before the sun gets too high in the sky. It’s another great day to ski in the Pure Michigan forest!

Today’s Stone Turtle Lunch Special is the Gourmet Grilled Cheese Panini! Provolone, Swiss, and sliced tomatoes, served melty and toasty on grilled multi grain bread. Add basil pesto for no extra charge! Served with Great Lakes Chips and a pickle for $7.

After you’re finished skiing, come inside and check out our clothing sale! Men’s and women’s XC ski jackets, layering tops and pants are all on sale. Plus, it’s ski demo season! Visit our demo center to try some new skis and boots for free.

This Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 3:00pm: Get your Fill at the Grill – Fire on the Mountain!
Grill Cook protege Grant Gabalis will wear his chef’s hat on the Stone Turtle Day Lodge Sun Deck to fire grill your choice of Salmon Burgers, Lean Beef Burgers or Black Bean Veggie Burgers this weekend. Choose your entree and Grant will grill it to perfection. If you dare, ask that your entree be cooked “Fire on the Mountain Style” – Grilled with sizzling hot sauce and topped with Jalapenos, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion and creamy Buffalo Blue Cheese dressing!
