Twilight Turtle Trek – Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Outdoor and winter fun enthusiasts get ready: Mackinac Island Turtle Trek is here! (There will be 1 more…)
What: A lantern-lit ski and snowshoeing trek through some of Mackinac Island’s natural winter wonderland. (If you can’t ski the trail, come and hike it!)
Where: The trail begins at Greaney Grove
(corner of Arch Rock Road and Huron Road) with a bonfire and hot chocolate. The trail is groomed, track set, lit by lanterns and approximately two miles long.
Who: Everyone is invited. This is a free event sponsored by Mackinac State Historic Parks, Mackinac Island Community Foundation and the Mackinac Island Ski Club.
