This year’s Muffin Races, held Sunday March 3rd, drew over 50 junior racers, age 6 to 19. It also drew some fantastic costumes!

We received another heavy dusting of snow overnight, on top of the fresh couple of inches from over the weekend. Groomer Butch is Ginzu snow combing all trails and resetting tracks where needed this morning. Conditions are just fantastic, with great firm tracks and wide, corduroy skating lanes. Snow depth in the woods is 24 to 28 inches, and packed on the trail about 14 to 16 inches. With all this snow, and with temps staying cold all week, conditions will stay fabulous all week long and into next weekend!

Today: Cloudy. A few flurries or snow showers possible. High around 15F. Winds W at 10 to 15 mph.
Tonight: Snow showers this evening. Breaks in the overcast later. Low -2F. Winds WNW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of snow 40%.
Tomorrow: A mix of clouds and sun early, then becoming cloudy later in the day. A few flurries are possible. High 17F. Winds W at 10 to 15 mph.

Today’s Stone Turtle Day Lodge Cafe Lunch Special is the Club Sandwich! Oven roasted turkey and ham, Swiss cheese, provolone, tomatoes, onion, pickles and spinach with mayo and mustard. Served on hearty grain bread and grilled to perfection!
