We were glad to see a contingent of happy skiers yesterday, enjoying the blue skies and sun on the ski trails! Temps got nice and cold again last night, so Groomer Mike will snow comb the Rolling Hills, Mackinaw Cut, Wild Turkey, Trapper’s Cabin, and Adventure again trails this morning. While there are no classic tracks, the above trails still have full coverage and no bare spots. Conditions will be fast this morning, atop ground up snow crystals with some occasionally hard pack. The trails will soften up as temps get warmer in the afternoon. Manitou and Tall Pines are not recommended due to ice and debris. As one skier said yesterday, “Is it good skiing? No. Is it good spring skiing? Uh, yeah!”
