Groomers are out again this morning and have been out on a daily basis keeping the trails freshly groomed and firm. We are skiing on 70 km of trails. Snowfall to date is 56 inches, we have been open since Nov 13th.

Well….we’re sure everyone knows by now that we have a TON of snow. The weekend storm dropped 20 inches on us, and that was on top of a substantial base.

We have been grooming daily in long shifts with 3-5 groomers from 5 or 6 AM to 1 PM to get all the trails open. We are grooming all 76 K and we have 66 km open for skiing. 61 K are in excellent mid winter conditions!

We groomed the classic only trails again today and we firmed up the dog trails and Pelty. River Trail and side loops have about a 1/2 inch of fluff on it but is firm, Blueberry Bards and the Highlands have been groomed again, and we worked on Ridge Runner extensively today, Ridge Runner in Windy Ridge is scheduled to open Friday.
