Shanty Creek Snow Report – 12/18

The slopes of Schuss Mtn will be open 9am to 4:30pm today and temps will be in the teens. 3” of new snow plus a few more inches the past couple days have freshened the villages of SCR.
There will be four lifts spinning today—the magic carpet, Purple, Yellow, and the Pink Lift. With the addition of Sarajevo, there will be 16 slopes open—approximately 60% of Schuss’s skiable terrain.
Snowmaking is top priority this week. We expect the Red Lift to open this Saturday, and have 100% of our groom-able terrain open this weekend. Stay tuned for details. You can always check our Facebook page for current photos and upcoming events.
