These ladies had a great time skiing yesterday in near white-out conditions!

After 2 inches of dry, fluffy, cold snow fell upon us, Groomer Butch rolled all the trails in the yesterday afternoon. While conditions are not "perfect", they are good enough for a very fun ski outing (see pic below), and most importantly, the trails are not at all icy. There are a few thin spots, so rock skis are recommended. The trail crew is working hard on spreading man-made snow on the Trapper’s Cabin trail (so watch for tractor traffic for the next couple days), and our plan is to have the entire Trapper’s’ Cabin trail covered for excellent skate and classic conditions for the weekend. Meanwhile, the practice area is open for "A" skis, demos and lessons. It’s great to have the ground covered with snow!
