Ski to Trappers Cabin Thursday through Sunday for hot cocoa, a bonfire, snacks and good company!

Merry Christmas! We are happy to report that, despite a bit of a warm up, the man-made snow on the Trapper’s Cabin trail and the practice area remains in great shape for skate skiing and classical skiing. Mike and Tony have been hard at work spreading even more snow onto the Rolling Hills trail as well. The rest of the trails are open, but the sun we’ve had in the last few days has taken a toll. Use rock skis if you go, and watch for bare spots. All in all, there’s plenty of good skiing to scratch the itch and stretch the legs, so come on out and enjoy it!

We are open Christmas Eve until 3:00pm for anyone who has to do some last minute shopping (or skiing), and closed Christmas Day. The trails will be open Christmas Day "on the house". We open at 10:00am on Thursday, December 26th, and are open every day following, including New Years Day. Join us for some fun events coming up this weekend, including the Free Saturday Ski Lesson at 10:30am on Saturday, plus Joe Frye Live in the Stone Turtle Day Lodge on Sunday!
