Shanty Creek Snow Report – 01/04

Updated Saturday, January 4

Join us on the slopes of Schuss Mountain 9am to 9pm. There are 43 of 43 slopes open—100% of Schuss’s terrain. Note: Glades areas remain variable. Temps today will remain in the upper 20s and snow showers are in the forecast.

There will be eight lifts spinning today—the Yellow, Blue, Pink, Purple, and Red quad chair lifts. Over on the bunny hill the Magic Carpet will be running along with a handle tow. And on Low Rider another handle tow. The Red Lift closes at 4:15pm; Blue at 4:30pm.

The Nordic trails will get groomed and set today as long as conditions allow. Dog sled rides for children and adults—contact Shawn in the Nordic Center for reservations. Finally, the Alpine Tubing Park will be open today from 10am-10pm.

Let’s go outside and play!
