Shanty Creek Snow Report – 01/10

Schuss Mtn is open today 9am to 9pm with 42 of 43 slopes open—Surprise couldn’t be groomed overnight due to 40+ degree temps. Winter temps return tonight along with a weekend forecast that is promising up to 11” of new snow, likely late Saturday into Sunday morning.
Note: Glades areas remain variable; exercise caution.
There will be five lifts spinning today—the Yellow, Pink, Purple, and Red quad chair lifts. Over on the bunny hill the Magic Carpet will be running. The Red Lift closes at 4:15pm; all others at 9pm.
The Alpine Tubing Park is open this evening 5-10pm with all six lanes reshaped for the weekend.
