Winter Trails Day was a lot of fun yesterday, with people from all over Michigan participating in a group ski lesson and ski tour to Trappers Cabin for lunch!

We received about 4 inches of snow last night. Mike and Butch are out rolling, grooming, and clearing the trails now. It looks like they will be able to groom all trails except Adventure this morning, and we expect great conditions today after we get things groomed and cleared. Winter wonderland has returned!

Prepared in a massive cast iron pan over an outdoor fire pit, this lunch comes from an authentic Spanish recipe from Paella master Ayo from Nerja, Spain, and is served piping hot with Saffron-spiced chicken, shrimp, mussels and vegetables, this dish will be presented in two seatings: 1:00pm and 3:00pm. Plus, enjoy the amazing music of guitar player and singer, Chris Foresteri, playing live in the Stone Turtle Day Lodge from 1pm to 3pm.
