Crystal Mountain Snow Report – 01/13
Today, January 13, 2020, our lift hours are from 9am – 4:30pm, with 7 chairlifts spinning. The Buck Quad, Crystal Clipper, Loki Quad, Ridge Runner Triple, and Crystal Carpet Tows will turn from 9am – 4:30pm. The North Face will spin from 10am – 4:30pm.
Overnight we received 3 inches of fresh snow! We are currently skiing and riding on 54 trails, which is 92% of our skiable terrain. All 3 terrain parks are open. Conditions on the mountain are looking great!
Please note, today we are hosting high schools races on Buck and Cheers. The Big North Country High School Race will take place on Buck, while Glen Lake High School will be on Cheers to Lou.
It’s Learn to Ski and Snowboard Month! Throughout January, our professional snowsports instructors will teach the essentials of skiing and snowboarding for all beginners, ages 7 and up. Enjoy incredible deals on lessons, rental and lift tickets!
Terrain Park: Jester’s Alley features include a have a 16’ Rainbow Box, 16’ Jr Tube, 16” Dance Floor, 16’ Wave Box, 20’ A-Frame Box, 16’ Flat Down Box, and all that fun ends with a 24’ Battleship Box. Basin Street features include a 21’ Fat Rail, 20’ Tower Tube, 20’ C-Box, 20’ Park Bench, 12’ Down Rail, 10’ Barrel Bonk, 24’ Flat Up Flat Box, 20’ Propane Tank Stall, 30’ Down Rail, 30’ Down Flat Down Rail, 24’ Rainbow Rail, and a 20’ Whoop Rail. Little Vincent features a 15’ jump, a 20’ jump and then its steps up to a 25’ jump with a hip at the bottom.
