The fresh snow was just beautiful on the Manitou trail yesterday! Today promises to be another great day of skiing as well!

After fresh snow Thursday night, and cold temps last night, the skiing this morning and early afternoon will be great. Groomer Butch will snowcomb the skating lanes on all trails this morning. Conditions will be great for skating, and good for classic. There are 4 to 8 inches of snow packed on the trails, and 8 to 12 inches in the woods.

This Weekend:

Today: Free Beginner Ski Lesson at 10:30am, plus Sponsor Appreciation Day! All Season Trail Sponsors are welcome to a bowl of chili and warm roll, on the house.

Sunday: Michigan Cup Relays! The grand finale of the Michigan Cup Race Series, this 3-person relay race is open to the public. If you don’t have a team, you are welcome to race anyway, and we will do our best to find a team for you! Registration starts at 9:30am, and the race starts at 11:00am. Awards, lunch, and festivities to follow.
