The Pre-Seeder attachment on the tractor transforms rock-solid ice into skiable snow!

We had snow, rain, and mixed temps in Higgins Lake throughout this past week. Tractor Bob put forth a big effort yesterday to grind up some of the hard pack on the trail with the pre-seeder, which has done wonders for the trail surface, and transformed boiler-plate ice into about 2km of good skiable snow for today and tomorrow. The Trapper’s Cabin trail is open, as is part of the Rolling Hills trail as well as the practice/demo area. He will continue working on the Rolling Hills trail this morning. We do not advise skiing on the rest of the trails as they are quite icy. Join us at 10:30 for the Free Beginner Ski Lesson!
