Marquette Mountain Snow Report – 03/18

We never thought that our season would end this way but at this time, with the guidance of professionals, we are making the hard decision to close our doors for the season. During these times, it is imperative that we follow the polices, orders and recommendations in order to keep our community safe and do our part to minimize travel and flatten the curve. Thank you to everyone who has made this season one of the best we’ve had in years. We plan to use these extra few weeks to start tackling our long list of projects which will allow us to come back even stronger next year! Reminder, the snow is still plentiful and limited uphill use is still allowed and encouraged for season pass holders! Be safe and SKI YOU SOON!

Our good friends at the NTN Trails are keeping folks outside! Treasure hunt & freshly groomed XC trails - go get after it!CHALLENGE 4, FRIDAY MARCH 27: "OUR TREASURE MAPS ARE ADVENTURE MAPS." No photos for this challenge as your mission is to take a trail adventure somewhere and draw a colorful map pointing the way for others that would want to experience your favorite trail features. No art skills required, just have fun with it. Post your map art below! 2 points for completing the challenge, 1 point for effort not talent ๐Ÿ™‚ Total of 3 points possible. Possible bonus point if your map is extra special!

To score points: post picture below or on instagram with the tag #ntntrailchallenge by Sunday night. Each point gets you 1 entry into the week's challenge.

Remember you can still post your bridge photos under Challenge #3 until Sunday night also.

**Points for the week's two challenges will be drawn on Monday! Sweet gear from Blackrocks in on the line.**

What is the NTN Trail Challenge? It is a fun way to keep active during social distancing recommendations of Covid-19! We will keep a running score for challenge prizes! The more points you score, the more chances to win. Some challenges will be vague so creativity can reign, others will be a little more specific but all will encourage you to get outside. When will the challenge end? Hard to say but we will keep you going for at least the next 3 weeks. Challenges released on Monday and Friday.

Be safe. Be smart. Get outside. Leave no trace. Social distance.

Note: If you are a local business that would like to support the challenge by offering a prize please let us know!

So sad. When can we empty our lockers?

It’s the right move ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ Excited for the next step, you’ll probably see that rusty blue ford poking around watching.... Good job ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ

Thank you for fun times! Ski you next year! โ›ท๐ŸŒžโค๏ธ

It's the right thing to do. Socially responsible decisions are easy to do 98% of the time. Your character is judged by the tough 2%. See you next year!

After skiing there in January for the first time in over 20 years, I see you next season

Good call. Been a great season. Ski you next season!
