Forbush Corner Cross Country Ski Report – 03/22

Cold again this morning, but warming to mid 30’s by afternoon. Larry will regroom the east side this morning. The west and pines loop are still good for crust like skiing with about 1-2 inches on top of the base. There will be a couple small open patches and some icy spots, typical spring conditions on those areas. We are continuing to keep the shop open to limited access and promoting safe physical separation.

Thank you Sara Cockrell for the photos. It was a nice day of skiing today, on the groomed and ungroomed trails.

We will regroom tomorrow morning. Open at 9 am.

Baby it’s cold out there this morning!

Grooming could be slow due to the single digit temperatures. Larry is working on the east side trails. The base is still good and should groom up for some nice skiing.

The shop is opened for LIMITED ACCESS ONLY, sign in and bathroom use. If you are not feeling well stay home. Skiing outside is a good way to stay sane, but please respect the health of others.
