We had the first shot of cold air arrive at the Peaks last night and the snowmaking crew took full advantage of it! The temperatures dipped into the low teens and the guns have been running non-stop since 7 pm on Sunday night. Mountain Ops had a snowcat out all night pushing out the snow piles and the base is building up nicely. We have several more nights in the teens ahead of us so that we can continue the process.

We plan on opening up on either Friday or Saturday, December 18th or 19th, depending how snowmaking progresses. Lift hours will be 10 am to 5 pm every day from opening through December 24th. The lift & rental rates will be our regular rates. See more info on hours below.
