XC Ski Headquarters Cross Country Ski Report – 12/28

Bob and Lynne enjoyed some great conditions on the practice area with their grandchildren from Nashville yesterday (not pictured because he was busy collecting snow from the snowbank to take home with him!)

We received about an inch of snow last night. Groomer Butch will snow comb the skiable trails this morning, which are Rolling Hills, Trappers Cabin, Mackinaw Cut and Wild Turkey. Tall Pines and Manitou are still not recommended due to some bare/marginal sections. There is more snow in the forecast this week, so keep doing your snow dance!

Jim Bradley is available for ski lessons this afternoon and tomorrow afternoon! Give us a call or stop by the front desk to book. The Demo Center is also open. Work with a ski expert to get fitted, and then try before you buy!

The Stone Turtle Cafe will be open today for takeout and outdoor dining. Enjoy a bowl of classic chili and some hot cocoa by one of our outdoor bonfire pits!

– Mariah, Stu, Bob, Lynne, Erin, Gill, Missy, Krista, Alex, Bradley, George, Will, Donnie, Josh, Josie, Annie H., Annie B., Lissa, Brian and the crew
