XC Ski Headquarters Cross Country Ski Report – 01/05
Cross country skiing with your family is a blast! Rent a pulk and junior equipment every day of the week at XC Ski HQ!
We received a heavy dusting of snow last night, and conditions remain superb. Skating lanes are smooth and firm, and the classic tracks are excellent. Groomer Mike will snow comb all the skating lanes and set fresh classic tracks where needed this morning. There are 10-14 inches of snow in the woods, and 4-8 inches packed on the trail.
The Stone Turtle Cafe lunch special today is the Pesto Perfection Panini! Pesto, hummus, provolone, sundried tomatoes, red onions, and spinach, grilled to perfection on herb foccacia bread. Enjoy with Great Lakes potato chips and a dill pickle!
