Crystal Mountain Snow Report – 01/12
ALERT – Lift tickets are SOLD OUT for Saturday, January 16 and Sunday, January 17. Season Passholders, Indy Passholders, Houseguests, Four Season Club Members and pre-purchased lift tickets are welcome to join us on the slopes. WALK-UP LIFT TICKETS FOR THOSE TWO DAYS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
We’re skiing and riding on 41 slopes today, which represents 76% of our skiable terrain. We have 8 lifts spinning: the Buck Quad, Crystal Clipper Quad, Loki Quad and Crystal Carpet Tows will run from 9am – 9pm. The Ridge Runner Triple spins from 9am – 8:30pm. The Backyard and North Face lifts will turn 10am-4:30pm.
TERRAIN PARKS: Jester’s Alley has a 16 ft. c box, 16 ft. a frame, 16ft. flat-down box and a 10 ft. jump. Basin Street has a five sided pyramid and a 20 ft. jump.
TERRAIN PARKS: Jester’s Alley has a 16 ft dance pad, 20 ft battle ship box, 16 ft jr rainbow box, 8ft wide spine transfer, 16ft square stock flat rail and 16 ft jr wave box.
NASTAR: Available Wednesday – Sunday at 1pm on Cheers to Lou! Sign up by visiting the Mountain Adventure Zone located next to the Loki Lift. Call ext. 2000 for more information.
Remember the best way to secure your spot on the mountain is to pre-purchase your lift ticket and rental online in advance.
New! This season at Crystal Mountain you’ll be using RFID tickets and season passes to access the slopes.

Friday: Our current plan is to have 26 slopes open, including Buck, Loki, Thor and Main Street. This will include opening the Buck, Loki, and Clipper chairlifts, plus our two carpet lifts. In addition, we'll have six park features up in Jester's Alley!
Saturday: We plan to open the entire North Face plus North Face chairlift, bringing our slope count up to 37.
The weather looks favorable to continue snowmaking and adding more terrain ASAP. Lift hours from Friday, December 12 through Thursday, December 18 will be 9am - 4:30pm. We'll begin night skiing on Friday, December 19 (9am - 9pm).
