Vasa Trail Cross Country Ski Report – 01/28
It is a beautiful morning on the Vasa according to John who is out with Mike rolling the fresh 2 – 3 inches of fluffy snow on the skate lane. He reports 21 degrees and calm winds. They have completed the 5k and are currently finishing up the 25k and will head onto the 10k and wrapping up the morning on the 3k to the split. The classic tracks have snow in them, but are well formed and should make for nice skiing today.
With this additional snow we plan on a full groom tomorrow morning which will include setting fresh classic tracks and renovation of the skate lane.
