Vasa Trail Cross Country Ski Report – 01/31
Lots of skiers out again today which made for a hard packed trail. Not as fast as yesterday(or maybe I’m due for a wax job). Anyway, here’s to the groomers for keeping the trail in such good shape. It seems like we’ve got just enough snow to keep it skiable with a few bare spots coming thru in some areas. The expert grooming helps to smooth and distribute the snow that’s out there to keep it skiable.
Hope we get the few inches forecasted for later this week. It would be just enough to raise from B+ to A status.

FROM Vasa Trail Ski Conditions >> At 11:30, groomers were laying corduroy and classic tracks in Timber Ridge. They’d tracked Riley’s to Supply Rd, they’re working clockwise back to Bartlett. At 11:30, they hadn’t yet tracked wall/rock/ jack pine areas
