Valley Spur Trail System Cross Country Ski Report – 02/28
Temps this morning are right at freezing and are expected to rise a little above that later. Tracks will be glazed and quite fast early but will soften some as it warms. We will be doing some light grooming this am to dress thing up before the fresh wet snow expected later today. Get out early.

FROM Friends of Valley Spur >> Sunday March 29th went out at 11 am with 40 + degrees. The tracks we did on W & Y yesterday were good to ski in today. Reminder we are done grooming for the season. FROM Friends of Valley Spur >> Today the 23rd of March Doris Geyer and I (Peggy) made tracks on A and B Trails at Friends of Valley Spur Some other skier most have started up top and came down Heaven. They also went towards Z trail to either do Z or Heart Atack. The 4 plus inches of snow on top of yesterday's crust helped to do this. It was a good ski with my metal edge skis from Southbay Outfitters. These are great skis and Ted has them on sale. REMINDER: grooming has concluded for the season at VS. #valleyspur #crosscountry #snowphotos #SkiMichigan
