WE HAVE SNOW! AND LOTS OF IT!

Come out to Sleeping Bear Dunes while the skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, etc. is at it’s best!

The grooming crew has been busy on the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail. The Trail has been groomed from Empire to Glen Arbor and North of Glen Arbor at Crystal View trailhead to the Lawr Farm (Wheeler Road). Conditions are really good.

Heritage Trail Grooming Conditions:

Dune Climb to Glen Arbor: Groomed with two sets of classic tracks with corduroy between. Groomed Thursday and now has a couple of inches of fresh powder on top.

Glen Arbor (Crystal View Trailhead) to Lawr Farm (Wheeler Road): Groomed with one set of classic tracks and lots of corduroy for skate skiing. Groomed Friday.

Palmer Woods:

Groomed Friday. One or two sets of classic tracks on Price Valley Trail (best for beginner or intermediate skiers).

One set of classic tracks on the Post 1-2-3 loop and the new Krumwiede connector trail. The Krumwiede connector trail has some pretty steep sections. Advanced skiers only.
