XC Ski Headquarters Cross Country Ski Report – 01/13

“Sunset Hill” on the far end of the Manitou trail yesterday morning. Despite the occasional oak leaf, the skating lanes are fabulous!

We received a heavy dusting of snow last night. The grooming team will snow comb the skate lanes this morning. Groomer Butch reset tracks on the main track and the Trapper’s Cabin trail yesterday, and the tracks on the rest of the trails are still in good shape. Conditions are very good to excellent for skating and classic skiing on trails!
