Report: Check In from Groomers
Greetings Badgers,

Happy Monday, and Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!

Well, with no real snow accumulations since early last week, the Vasa grooming squad has felt that it’s best for us to disturb the existing trail surface as little as possible. This is mainly in an effort to avoid introducing any more debris into what little snow there currently is to ski on, especially in the areas closer to the Bartlett Rd trailhead where our equipment is stored, and where we have to travel through multiple times within the course of a groom.

The forecast is calling for some measurable new snow towards the middle of the week, so we will be watching it closely and preparing to get back in the saddle as soon as conditions allow.
