Vasa Trail Cross Country Ski Report – 01/23
Spectacular day from the Trailhead at 9:30 AM.
Plenty of new snow with at least average glide. Yes, a few thin spots still, but you’ve skied in far worse and you can easily navigate around them. Despite temps in the teens, it didn’t feel that cold. Get out there if u can!
BTW – I’m embarrassed to say that due to a variety of distractions (and let’s face it, excuses), it’s my first ski of the year and I’m in lousy shape. Did they add 100 ft to 6K Hill while I was away? 🤦🏻♂️ Regardless, ‘twas great to be out in wintry nature! – Dave 😉🤙🏽❄️
