Trails are shaping up nicely with the new snowfall over the past few days. Both skate and classic tracks were groomed this morning.
Temps are frigid but don’t let that stop you. As many of you know, exposure to cold has some health benefits. I definitely feel a different vibe after a workout in the frosty air. You too?
