XC Ski Headquarters Cross Country Ski Report – 01/31


The trails are majestic right now! Come enjoy fresh tracks and smooth skating lanes!!

It snowed most of the day yesterday, totaling at least two inches. Groomer Butch will snow comb the skating lanes this morning. The tracks set yesterday are in great condition, and will be touched up where needed this morning. Conditions will be very good to excellent. Snow depth in the woods is 8 to 12 inches. Snow depth packed on most of the trails is 4 to 7 inches.

Today: Cloudy early with peeks of sunshine expected late. High 29F. Winds SSE at 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight: Partly cloudy skies early will give way to cloudy skies late. Low around 20F. Winds SSE at 10 to 15 mph.

Tomorrow: Cloudy. High 38F. Winds SSW at 10 to 20 mph.
