A major highlight of the weekend was junior XC Ski HQ Team member, Leif Briggs-Lind, winning the 13 and under division of the North American Vasa 6K classic race! Great job, Leif!!!

Happy Valentine’s Day! Today brings another day of very good to great conditions on the XC Ski HQ trails. Groomer Butch is snow combing the entire trail system this morning, and the classic tracks are still in good shape. Snow depth in the woods is 6 to 8 inches. Snow depth packed on most of the trails is 3 to 6 inches.

Today: Cloudy skies with a few snow showers this afternoon. High near 20F. Winds SW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of snow 30%.

Tonight: Some clouds. Low 2F. Winds WNW at 5 to 10 mph.

Tomorrow: Partly cloudy skies in the morning will give way to cloudy skies during the afternoon. High 24F. Winds SE at 10 to 15 mph.
