XC Ski Headquarters Cross Country Ski Report – 11/20

Oh what fun to get out on the snow, get moving, and enjoy this beautiful scenery!

We received another 2-3 inches of snow last night. Groomer Mike snowcombed and rolled in tracks on the Blizzard trail and practice area, and while there is some grass sticking up in places, it’s fully skiable and much fun can be had! Rock skis are recommended, and our rental desk is open. Come on out and get some of this early season snow! Also, you are welcome to ski across the street on the main trail system, but please wear orange and go during the middle of the day.

We recommend using liquid or paste glide wax in the grip section of all "fish scale" no-wax skis, to prevent the snow from sticking to your bases! *We will not be grooming the main trail network until firearm deer season is over December 1st.

Shop XC ski packages, snowshoes, and all kinds of winter clothing, ON SALE, 7 days a week. Call 800-832-2663 to speak to a pro and get fitted by a highly trained ski and clothing expert!

All the best,

Mariah, Stu, Bob, Lynne, George, Erin, Gill, Missy, Alex, Drew and the crew
