AT LEAST 6" OF NEW SNOW AT THE PEAKS! The snow started falling here around 3 pm yesterday and dropped approximately 6" of new snow at the Peaks yesterday and last night. We did have some high winds last night that created some blowing and drifting. Depending on the weather, the snowmaking crew might go back to work 1 or 2 nights this week. The weather should be good today as the sun might even show itself this afternoon. Here is the NWS forecast for the Peaks:

TODAY: Scattered snow showers before 10am. Partly sunny, with a steady temperature around 19. East wind around 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
TUESDAY: Mostly sunny, with a high near 27. East wind around 5 mph.
WEDNESDAY: Partly sunny, with a high near 33. South wind between 5 and 10 mph.
