Forbush Corner Cross Country Ski Report – 03/11
The forecast has not improved for this weekend’s skiing and Founders Day. Temps will be around 67 on Friday with a low of 53 and Saturday will also be around 67 with rain and wind gusts up to 40 miles per hour. Slush skiing isn’t a lot of fun so, we do not plan to be open this weekend.
We will still have the raffle drawing at 10 am on Saturday and a continental breakfast for anyone that wants to join us and celebrate Dave’s birthday. If you do plan to attend please send us a message or reply in the comments. Not the way we thought the last couple weekends of the season would go, but maybe there is still a late season storm yet to come.

FROM Forbush Corner Cross-Country Skiing >> We will be open at 9 Monday, shop closing at noon. We will leave the side gate on Roberts rd open for those wanting to ski. We will not be grooming due to the warmup and rain in the forecast for the week.
Watching the weather, and if conditions are favorable we will continue operations this coming Saturday and Sunday. So, if you want to ski this week, we ask that you leave a $10 trail fee in the slot in the wall near the east front entrance. #forbush #SkiMichigan

We are going to keep up the momentum by grooming east side trails with the Piston Bully and freshening up the west side skate deck with the Tidd Tech tomorrow leaving existing classic tracks alone.
