Boyne Mountain Snow Report – 03/16

Last updated: Sunday 10:04 AM

White Out To Wipe Out

It’s dumping snow today with 3-6 inches of fresh powder expected! This new snow is giving us a natural refresh across the mountain. From yesterday’s 65° sunny spring vibes to today’s winter wonderland – get out and carve up these surprising March turns while they last! Don’t miss today’s infamous Slush Cup where daredevils attempt to ski across icy water (spectacular splashdowns guaranteed!), followed by the hottest aprés scene with Yankee Station playing in The Back Forty. Don’t miss this wet, wild finale!

Slush Cup Details

Terrain Update: Ramshead Terrain Park will be closed March 17-18 while our park crew works their creative magic on an entirely fresh layout worth checking out.

Victor Glacier = Laps Into May

Victor trail is STACKED with an impressive 280 inches of snow, and we plan to ride it out well into May, perhaps even Memorial Day weekend.

Slope Hours

9am-4:30pm daily through April 6

Slope Plan

Slopes are open daily from 9am-4:30pm through Sunday, April 6. We then go to a weekend only (Saturday/Sunday) schedule with as much terrain as possible available through April 20. Post 4/20, it’s all about Victor. We’ll add some features and ride out the weekends from 9am-1pm until the snow melts. If we hit Memorial Weekend, you know there’ll be a party!

Last Two Days of First Tracks

The Mountain Express chairlift opens at 8:30am for all qualifying passholders – Gold, Silver, Bronze, and NoMi Boyne Michigan Passes.

Mitten Love

Starting March 17 through the end of eternity…or our season, whichever comes first, anyone with a valid season pass from ANY Michigan ski resort can ride at Boyne Mountain for just $25 per day – no blackouts. Best of all, $2 from every ticket goes towards the Snow Angel Foundation.
