Crystal Mountain Snow Report – 12/12
The slopes REOPEN for daily operations this Friday, December 12 at 9am. After a successful midweek stretch of snowmaking and a generous amount of snowfall for this soon in the season, early season conditions are incredible!
Friday, Dec 12: We’re officially moving into daily operations, and we’re thrilled to report that we now have over three times more open terrain than we had on opening weekend. Open runs now include Buck, Gorge, Loki, Thor and Main Street. The Buck, Loki, and Clipper quad chairlifts are spinning, plus our two carpet lifts in the learning area. In addition, freestyle skiers and riders can enjoy six park features built in Jester’s Alley including the 20′ T-Box, 10′ and 20′ Shotgun Rails, 20′ Tube, Junior Tube, plus the 20′ Wave Box. Kudos to our park crew!
Saturday, Dec 13: We plan to have 37 slopes open with the addition of the entire North Face complex and our North Face quad chairlift. Plus, the weather looks favorable to continue snowmaking and adding more terrain ASAP.
To everyone who joined us for opening weekend – THANK YOU! Your energy helped launch what’s shaping up to be a fantastic winter season. Check out this video of opening day on the slopes.
Lift hours from Friday, December 12 through Thursday, December 18 will be 9am – 4:30pm. Night skiing begins Friday, December 19 (9am – 9pm).
